What you are agreeing to when you order: how orders are accepted, what shipping costs, and how returns and refunds work.
This document is not yet complete: the trading entity and the governing law have not been set. Everything below describes how the shop actually operates and is accurate; the missing details are a formality being attended to. Write to help@sabrkollective.com if you need them before ordering.
Who you are buying from
These terms apply when you buy from Sabr Kollective.
Orders
Adding something to your bag is not a contract. Your order is accepted when we take your payment and send you a confirmation email with an order number on it.
We may decline an order. The realistic reasons are that the item has sold out between you adding it and paying, that we cannot post to your address, or that the payment looks fraudulent. If we decline after taking payment, you are refunded in full.
Prices are re-checked on our own systems at the moment you check out, not taken from your browser. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will tell you before charging you rather than hold you to it.
Prices, tax and payment
All prices are in US dollars.
Prices do not include any import duty, sales tax or VAT that your own country may charge on goods arriving from abroad. Where such charges apply they are yours to pay, and they are collected by your customs authority or courier rather than by us. We cannot tell you in advance what they will be.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout.
A charge from this shop may appear on your statement alongside the name of the account that processes it rather than the shop's name alone. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please write to us before disputing it — it is quicker for both of us.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $9 to every country we post to, with tracking.
We dispatch within two business days. Delivery is then typically 4 to 16 business days depending on where you are — the wide range is honest rather than evasive; the fast end is the UK and Europe and the slow end is everywhere else.
We post to the countries listed at checkout. If yours is not there, we cannot currently reach you.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is theirs. We will chase a parcel that has stopped moving, and we will replace or refund one that is genuinely lost.
Returns and refunds
You have thirty days from delivery to return anything, for any reason, including simply not liking it.
Items must come back unworn and in a condition we could sell them in. Try it on; do not train in it.
Write to us before sending anything back so we can tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case it is ours.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, for the price of the goods. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it — that timing is theirs.
Accounts
You do not need an account to buy anything or to track an order.
If you make one, keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
We may close an account that is being used to abuse the shop or its staff. Any order already paid for is still fulfilled or refunded.
What we can be held to
We stand behind the garment being as described and arriving in the state it left us in. If it is not, tell us and we will put it right.
Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order. We are not liable for consequences beyond the order itself — a missed session, a delayed trip.
Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own country, which applies regardless of what this page says.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last moved.
